10/01/2016 have not had Netflix for weeks..

 

10/01/2016 have not had Netflix for weeks.. telephone # for support keeps saying trouble with streaming, and are currently trying to fix.. then call goes to call ended.. get to speak with no one.. why so long a time and keep getting same message and problem not fixed. still paying for service not getting..
