I had to call customer service because of a payment issue. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. She was on the phone with me for half an hour trying to help us fix a problem. We resolved the issue and then she went and double checked all my subscriptions to make sure that they would get sent on time. It was impossible to find a phone number on the Amazon page but had no trouble finding it online elsewhere. Good customer service.
