on Dec. 15 a technician came to installed service,

 

on Dec. 15 a technician came to installed service, he was very rude, came inside my home speaking a foreign language, he left. I cancelled the service, A refund was due within 5 to 7 business days, Today i called again, spoke to Mary, i was placed on hold for 10 min. just to be transferred to Hector, he was quick to tell me i need to call my bank.. Please get people willing to work, I'm so frustrated, just wanted my refund. Your workers are inept, just getting a paycheck.
