Are other customers having receptions issues too. We receive a pixalated mess and garbled audio when commercials change and often the signal freezes and we turn off receiver and turn back on. This has been going on for well over 6months and the answer I get --it is a software problem and we are working on it. Now I receive an email every 2 weeks saying--"still working on it" If it is software--are there others getting this same run around, please comment?
