I have numerous times called Direct today, to change password to no avail.
Then Stupidly tried to pay bill that started at 9:23 p.m. And took to 10:23. To get this processed.
Stupid me asked if I could have confirmation number,
Waiting numerous minutes I said forget it jJake have no idea how to give confirmation .
Your Phone people suck and have none, no Customer service idea,
They read a script very well,
Can not respond to any open question out old dialogue
Will not be with you within next few Months
