Yesterday we called as our bill went up more than $30 month. This morning we awaken and most of our service is gone ---cannot view "List" of shows previously recorded. NOTE says We do not have this Service with Direct TV! Removing service is not giving a credit. It is beyond the point of FRUSTRATING when after waiting on hold we are provided LESS service. DirectTV needs to get organized and soon. The bill is still over $100 month and we now do not have our children's programs to view Get organized and do what you say ---you cannot simply remove service a customer has paid for ----12 years with Direct TV.
