I called the customer service number to find out why I couldn't access my report online. I am not comfortable sending all that personal info thru the mail. The service rep took all my info and pulled up my report. Said he could find no reason for me not to be able to get it online but he would be glad to send it to me. I should receive it within 7-10 business days. Then he did his best to sell me on that $7.95/month deal. I declined but now am wondering if I actually was speaking to someone from Equifax or if my identity has been stolen. I guess I'll know for sure if I never receive that report.
