My flight home from Spain to Texas was booked through Expedia probably six months ahead of time. It was cancelled while I was in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean on a cruise. Expedia could not make any alternative arrangements for me on the correct day, so I had to book all over again with another company. Now, I cannot get my money back -- $659 !!!!. They tell me to call the airline -- I did not pay the airline, I paid Expedia. Needless to say, I am very angry and will NEVER use Expedia again. They have lost a good customer. Talking to their service people is a total waste of time -- they just pass the buck and refuse to let you talk to a supervisor. The last one, May, is extremely annoying -- she wants me to believe that the airline processed the refund on May 4th and I should receive it in 3 or 4 business days (today is July 6th) Do you think maybe she is lying?
