this has been the worst experience. I have tried numerous times to change the last name on my daughters ticket to match her passport. Expedia refuses to do it and they tell me to cancel the ticket and rebook but I will loose my money and have to pay an additional 568.00 for a new ticket. They are completely unreasonable. The airline wont help me because they say Expedia owns the ticket.
