I got through on the 493 1058 number that Bob posted and the Martha, the rep that answered helped me in a matter a 2 mins to resolve what had been taking me days! I wish the Credit Bureaus would know how much easier and faster it is to simply have someone available to handle this simple stuff like finding out if someone has a lock on their account or not. The current process is infuriating. Thanx Bob for the post on 4-28-2016
