I live in a community of 315 homes but 73 lost electricity @ 2PM Thursday before Matthew hit. FPL gave us a service ticket for no power. Today, Friday, they first said no power until tomorrow before midnight. Then they said you have power according to their computer and tore up the service ticket. When I said we have no power they made a new ticket and we will have no power for another 36 hours (tomorrow before midnight). The $2B that they charged us and the 12,000 extra help is not for us because we are at the end of the grid and their computers say we have electricity. Too bad we are at their mercy.
