There is no excuse for not having a human answer a

 

There is no excuse for not having a human answer a call, FPL is supposed to be a customer service company REALLY?, can't get information on the computer, can't talk to anyone, been trying for a month, what about our senior citizens who do not have a computer or can't get to a store to pay their bill?, SHAME ON YOU; if you do not pay your bill your service is disconnected, automation has destroyed our lives in many ways and there is "NO LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL".
