Ordered a ring on Dec 3, 2016 it came in the mail on December 13, 2016, guess what? they sent the wrong size and now the only thing they can do is send me a return label and refund my money! As if an apology will replace an item I purchased for Christmas, now I have to replace the item from somewhere else. And I won't even get a refund for at least 2 weeks or more! Way to go Groupon, while your CEO is comfy in Chicago, I made 3 phone calls to customer service and wound up in the Philippines each time and they say they can't transfer me to speak with someone in the USA! Any American customer should have the choice to speak with an agent in the USA! I will never order from Groupon again! I work in Customer Service, and their condescending apology is worthless! Lousy way to take care of customers. And I will tell all my friends to not buy from Groupon!
