Very poor customer service. I ordered a Fitbit Blaze Band and when I received my item the band was for a Fitbit Alta which a totally different item altogether, I called and was told they would send me a shipping label via e:mail so I can return the item but when I asked when they would mail me out the correct item that I ordered I was told that they couldn't do that, that I would have to reorder the item again. So now I have to wait for Groupon to receive the item back before my credit card will be credited back for the amount I spent. So now I have to wait over two weeks before I get my money back. Won't be buying from Groupon anymore in the future.
