I am one of a customers for using Expedia. Recently, I made a reservation for my niece. For some strange reason Expedia was unable to send confirmation via e-mail. It looks like Expedia has some technical issue. I called and was on phone (BELIEVE ME OR NOT) for 3 HOURS without any solution. No one I talk to understands what I was trying explain and they kept me on hold for hours and just keep transferring me to different people. DONT BOOK WITH THEM. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Same itinerary I saw on Expedia for $100 less, Expedia did not even offer to match that!

For resetting password, they are NOT ABLE TO SEND E-MAIL EITHER,

I can go on and on..............
