I have been trying for two years for Credit Karma

 

I have been trying for two years for Credit Karma to send me a link with my password which I have forgotten. I have received nothing. There are issues I need to review as soon as possible. This has been terrible customer service.

6/28/2017 I, too, have been trying for OVER TWO YEARS to get Credit Karma to fix my issues. I suddenly could no longer access my account so I sent them everything they requested, by snail mail, to deactivate it so that I could create a new account. That was over two years ago. I can't create a new account because when I try to, it says I already have one. When I try to access my old (and only) account, it says it's been deactivated. WTF?!!!!??? For a company that requests so much private/personal information from us, they can't even have enough consideration to provide us with a phone number to speak with a real human to discuss issues such as ours. Total Internet SCAM.
