This is the for sure in the top 2 of worse customer service companies I have ever experienced. If you call into sales you will get answered, (I tested it 3 times due to frustration) if you call customer service, plan on waiting for 45 - 110 mins like I did 3 times for final resolution. I ordered a table and was delivered damaged and the plastic hardware. It happens, I get it. I am very dissatisfied on how the customer service was responsive (waiting on phone) for 45 mins plus, and the returned merchandise delivered was not complete hence having to call in again to wait over an hour this time for IKEA to re-issue the order to send out the hardware that was supposed to be originally sent.
