JCPenney Customer service sucks and so does their

 

JCPenney Customer service sucks and so does their whole operating system... that's the truth. no other word to describe them. I bought a fridge 3 weeks ago and it has not been delivered, have spoken to store manager, appliance manager, no one seems to be able to help. I received a bill from JCPenney credit card but no fridge.. I will be at store tomorrow getting refund. When you call you get transferred nothing like spending hours on phone to be transferred from one department to the next.
