Very unhappy customer. They are doing everything not to help me in an auto accident that was clearly of no fault of mine, as admitted by Liberty Mutual. They have no trouble sending me bills, yet wont speak with me as I have an attorney. When you need an insurance company is when you have a claim, and this is where they fall well short! Time to switch my four policies at over $5000 per year!
