When one cannot even understand the customer service agent on the phone because they are breathing too heavily in to their headsets/phone, how are we to resolve any matter? This is the poorest service ever! Once I was able to hear her (Jasmine), I could barely understand what she was trying to tell me...which after several iterations of asking her to repeat herself, ended up with me being deferred to contact the merchant whose expired voucher I was having problems with. I will not buy another LS voucher ever again nor will I ever recommend this company. It was a waste of my time to even try and resolve this matter by calling in.
