Everything you all say is absolutely true but my problem is even worse. I can't get anyone to discuss how it is that Metro is auto billing me for a phone I don't even have much less know the phone for this mystery phone. If I managed to get a live person they were not in the States. So managed to get in the back door to Corporate in Texas. Got to a manager's extension only to have phone ring & ring, not even to voice mail, & it disconnected like all the other phones. I feel like going to the California Public Utilities Commission, Congressman and/or filling a Class Action Suit or all of the above against Metro PCS. By the looks of these remarks we are MANY. We have experienced a lack of Customer Service for which we have paid. Even the reps overseas disconnect. No one cares since new customers are a dime dozen.
