Comment for Metro PCS

I have been with the company for three years. I have yet to be able to talk to a live person over the phone. What the hell is going on here? It seems to me that customer service no longer exists here is the US for Metro PCS customers. I can't believe I pay as much as I do every month for two phones and cannot get a live person over the phone. My overall rating for Metro PCS''s customer service is a 1. How sad that you cannot get a live person over the phone.

10/31/2016 My experience is to continuously say "representative" ....the automated system will keep insisting that it can help you, but you'll have to say it like 20 times (literally) for you to finally be connected to someone...(so stupid)...hope this helps...
