purchased new Roku and now cannot get back into

 

purchased new Roku and now cannot get back into Netflix - first had to change password and then it just keeps saying - error in processing your request - try later - it has been over 2 hours and even after trying to turn on and off again - still no progress - tried to call support and that was of no use. Plan to cancel this and go to amazon - this is a waste of money and more importantly MY TIME
