NO STARS PERIOD. I HAD AT&T UVERSE BUT AFTER 2 YEARS THE SERVICE DOUBLED. I CALLED TO CANCEL IT AND WAS OFFERED A PACKAGE IN JULY 2016 WITH DIRECT TV FOR A TOTAL OF $120.00 EACH MONTH. I ACCEPTED THE PLAN, HAD THE SERVICE INSTALLED AND HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A BILL FOR THAT AMOUNT. IN AUGUST I GOT A BILL FOR $285.00 WHICH I IMMEDIATELY CALLED AND SPOKE TO NORMA GOT A CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND SHE TOLD ME I COULD GET THE PACKAGE FOR 2 YEARS FOR $98. MY NEXT BILL ARRIVED AND WAS 198.00. I CALLED AGAIN AND SPOKE TO MEGAN SHE TOLD ME MY BILL WOULD BE $143, WHICH I WAS FORCED TO ACCEPT.I THEN RECEIVED A BILL FOR $178.00. I CALLED AGAIN AND SPOKE TO CANDY ON 10-16-16 AFTER A LONG DISCUSSION SHE QUOTED ME A $140.00 PLUS TAXES WHICH WAS OK BUT NOW I RECEIVED A BILL FOR $195.00 A MONTH. THIS COMPANY SUCKS. I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH AT&T FOR 60 YEARS AND WHEN I ONLY HAD THE PHONE WITH THEM IO HAD NO PROBLEM BUT INTERNET AND TV SERVICE IS TERREBLE AND VERY EXPENSIVE FOR SENIOR CITIZENS. I CANNOT DISCONTINUE THE PHONE SERVICE BECAUSE MY HUSBAND HAS A PACEMAKER HOWEVER WE ARE CONSIDERING JUST MAKING A VISIT WITH THE DOCTOR WHEN PACEMAKER DATES ARE NEEDED IT WOULD BE CHEAPER I SPENT 6 HOURS OR MORE ON THE PHONE TRYING TO GET A DECENT QUOTE ON MY BILL AND I USUALLY GET THE QUOTE BUT AT&T ALWAYS CHARGES ME MORE.MY BILL SHOULD BE $147.41
