Comment for Redbox




I received the wrong movie at a kiosk and returned

 

I received the wrong movie at a kiosk and returned it immediately. I then tried to contact Red Box on their internet site at the customer service icon and nothing happened. I tried many times and the same result. What gives with this site? Is it common for it to be unreachable? I also re-rented the movie I wanted from the Kiosk B next to the one that gave me the wrong movie. I would like to get a credit for the extra $1.61 or a code for my next movie.
