Nearly impossible to reach a live person. Bought 7 items from Amazon (total under $200) with over $3,000 in the account on an e-check while waiting for a replacement debit card (wore the strip off the old one) 4 of the items cleared just fine. The last 3 were rejected. Called the bank and telecheck did not even try to process it. Just flat out rejection. The fine print on the rejection letter states something about credit reporting, so now I have to go dispute this through 3 credit agencies in addition to telecheck? I won't be shopping from any company anymore that uses telecheck. The Better Business Bureau needs to shut this company down.
