Poor service and unfair denial of responsibility. Shipped 12 boxes of housewares and clothes to Florida. Paid for additional insurance coverage. Boxes arrived in damaged and deteriorated condition. Torn open and terribly bent sides. Guess what? Pictures broken, lamps crushed, kitchenware damaged. Goods had been bubble-wrapped and packed in peanuts. UPS denied any responsibility, claiming the goods weren't packaged properly. They were, and the cause of the damage was terrible shipping practices by UPS. If the boxes had been handled appropriately, our goods would have arrived in good condition. I will never ship UPS again.
