Besides not being able to get through to an

 

Besides not being able to get through to an operator for over 1 hour, when I finally did could not understand her. She was from the Phillipines and her English was a horror. Never got what I wanted to find out and when she saw how frustrated I was she hung up on me. I cannot get through again. They say waiting time is at least 45 minutes
I am calling the FCC and see if the can help me
