Comment for Verizon FiOS




I have waited over an hour to speak to a fios

 


I have waited over an hour to speak to a fios technician. I have nothing but problems with Verizon and have reported them to the FCc. I don't know how they get away with treating customers as fools I will drop Verizon the day the fios contract they forced me into because of costs ends. They should be brought up on charges for failing to provide service as they are an approved monopoly
