This is THE worst example of Customer Service I've ever seen. After my husband spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone we were told that a technician would be here TODAY, AUGUST 3RD between 1 and 5. Of course, they did not show and when we called to complain they had no record of the call!!

After spending ANOTHER 1 1/2 hours on the phone today we were told they can't get someone here until FRIDAY!
Again, they said between 1 and 5. This problem should have been handled IMMEDIATELY TONIGHT. This is NOT the way to treat your customers.

I would expect some kind of credit on my bill as an apology for such bad Customer Service. We are paying a lot of money to you every month and I expect to have my service work.
