This is THE worst example of Customer Service I've ever seen. After my husband spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone we were told that a technician would be here TODAY, AUGUST 3RD between 1 and 5. Of course, they did not show and when we called to complain they had no record of the call!!After spending ANOTHER 1 1/2 hours on the phone today we were told they can't get someone here until FRIDAY!Again, they said between 1 and 5. This problem should have been handled IMMEDIATELY TONIGHT. This is NOT the way to treat your customers.I would expect some kind of credit on my bill as an apology for such bad Customer Service. We are paying a lot of money to you every month and I expect to have my service work.
