OMG...this has to be the WORST effing company I've encountered in YEARS!! I've been bounced all over the place with incompetent people who can't activate a damn prepaid phone I just purchased from Target. The system took my $52. (with taxes) and I can't get a live person..just this endless loupe of enter your number and when I do, it says the account is not active and hangs up! You charged my credit card and I have nothing. To make matter worse, I'm headed out on a plane at 6am and no damn phone. Upon my return, this phone is going back to Target and my credit card will be contacted for a charge back. Seriously Verizon, clean up your mess. I'm done with you for good. Pissed in Sacramento
