I give yahoo zero stars because I too have been locked out of email account for a year now. I called the customer service number to be connected to some foreign representative that I could barely understand. I was told I would need to pay $100.00 to unlock my account which I refused and stated that the yahoo site states that you should never be asked to pay money. The rep just stated that this type of problem is not typical and requires a fee. I just hung up at that point. All I need is to reset the email that the recovery information goes to so I can unlock my account and the rep said I cant change that information. What a bunch of lies!!! I guess I will try gmail and hopefully have better luck.
