Yahoo said in 2015 to CHANGE my password on my second or backup account. I did that. Now they send me a message to that account and I cannot get into that account. Called HELP at 408-349-1572 and the recording said it was disconnected! What are we supposed to do????This is really puzzling and Yahoo's HELP is of NO HELP!!! Seems like these problems started when that blonde CEO came to town. Now she is receiving a multi-million golden parachute and we do not have email nor can we get any help worth anything.
