WOW, were getting ready to call them but after reading all these think i may recovery this notebook 1 more time after 6 times then sell it for 1/2 price & never buy a Acer again grrrrrrrrrrr. All of our Certificate's are outdated. When you download anything check or click the publisers certificate & see what your date's are ? Our's are 2010 & 5 2011. We brought her end of 2011. This is no good for security & i have chated 6 times no fix yet. Plus our model number wasn't even on there web site untill 5 times after asking them why then they put it on there ???????????? GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRrrrr going to buy another Dell.....

I bought this computer via hsn two months later it stopped working after talking with acer they decided to have me send it back gave me loc and fedx # after repair i got bill from fedx for 75.58 for the shipment to acer this company cares less about repeat customers told me to send copy of bill bill by fax they would review? why would they even review after they told me what to do,and where to take it not happy and never again will I buy anything acer.

I have had my Acer laptop for six months. Have not used it much, but cut it on the screen is solid gray. I did everything I could to contact Customer Service. I have six months left on my warranty. i have only used this computer for 6mos...and the power doesnt work...would like to send it back to be looked at . The gentleman that I spoke to suggests I take it to computer shop. Called customer service and talked to FOUR people. Accents were so strong I couldn't understand ANY of them. A product can bring a new customer. Service is what keeps that customer coming back. Seems like Acer is losing the customer service battle. Poor, poor service, with overseas workers who can not be understood. You may want to rethink this strategy.
