We have been in a constant turmoil with several of your incompetent employees over the past year..
Our annuity was to pay one distribution per year. Year one we got one in med year (1914). All is well.
Than some simple minded woman with your company called to tell us they were going to mail another for 2014. I told her several times that we had already received one and did not want another, for income tax purposes and
because that's what the contract called for. One a year. Months of nonsense with your staff finally unscrambled what should have been a five minute task. The second payment was cancelled, and made the payment for
2015. Still fine. Than your morons sent us another very late in the year to put us back in the same place.
Still trying to have you correct another stupid mistake. Perhaps an attorney might get your attention?

To whom it may concern, I'm not a client I have other life insurance and am not interested nor did I ever display interest in your company/ insurance, however I receive e-mails from AIG insurance services and I wish not to. Upon clicking the unsubscribe button I get redirected to your main website with no option to unsubscribe but to only fill out an application. Tried contacting your customer service line which funny enough said hint talk to a person; to only get an automated service recording with no option to speak with a real person. I not playing games. Please do not e-mail me any longer and take me off whatever list you have or my next call will be to the better business bureau to file a claim of harassment against your said company. I'll give you a week. Thanks for your consideration.

Currently, I am applying for a car loan, my application was rejected because the bank said i have unsettled account with AIG. In view of this, may i request for a copy of a certificate clearing my name from your list of credit card holders with unpaid balances. I am Mohammad Jawid Masood the representative of both claimants for Mr. Zainullah and Lali in Afghanistan.
We are very disappointed from DBA insurance company because my relative rights.
Zainullah lost his both leg and one hand and Lali lost his on leg in Dehrawot, Afghanistan.
I am trying to be in contact with the State Defense ministry in USA to defend from both claimants right.
Since they got injured in Dehrawot, Afghanistan Vetted international didn’t send them disability right.

I've been a credit card holder of your company several years back now and even after settling my accounts you did not issue a certificate clearing my name from your list of credit card holders with unpaid balance. Its been months since I fully paid my account. Countless and numerous follow up were made at ENZI Corporation Pampanga, your collecting agent, but to no avail. Hope that even without a request from the credit card holder, next time please issue such clearance for any future use of the person. In view of that, please send me a copy of my clearance certificate and cancel my name from your list of creditors with unpaid balance. ' My account number is American International Visa Card

1/16/2012 AIG - I called the above number, 1-877-638-4244, and
I called the above number, 1-877-638-4244, and when the computer generated voice answered the phone the voice was so soft and low I could hardly hear what it was saying. I used a land line, a phone that was just recently bought, not even a year old, so I know that it wasn't my equipment. AIG needs to re-calibrate the voice volume( raise it a bit) on the company's answering service so people like me can hear all of the options that are being offered. I submit this humble suggestion to help in the service of the company's clients. I hope that it will be taken seriously.
