Hi Customer service,

I made a purchase from one of your sellers on June 2, 2016 and it is now July 11, 2016 and still have not received it. The info states Estimated Delivery Time:10-15 Days and Processing Time:5 Days but still I have not received it. I'm very disappointed and would like to receive a refund before the buyer protection runs out. Please respond to asap so we can proceed with the refund.

I need some assistance in either obtaining my product paid for in full or my full refund. I purchased a product from AliExpress site and the supplier sent it to the incorrect address, when I contacted the supplier informing them of their error which they admitted. she indicated that I first confirmed receiving the goods and give 5 stars before they can resend a suitable product to me. I am unable open dispute since I have to wait 10 days after shipment to do so. I have called the shipping companies in Chine and United States and they have opened an investigation into the matter which may take up to 8 days but meanwhile am at a lost since the product would have generated lots of income. I paid for the product on 31 December, 2015 today is 8th January, 2016 and I have not gotten any reasonable feedback from the supplier. I do have numbers text from her as evidence of my claim and she admitting to what I just said. To the authorizing powers that be please look urgently into this matter since I only have 7 more days for protection order to run out and I feel so trapped since the supplier is very uncaring and does not care to remedy her errors. My hard earned money paid for the product so I can start a business. Thanks for whatsoever favourable assistance you can offer to fix this situation caused by one of your supplier on one of your suggested site. Dissatisfied Customer

The quality was so poor I could not wear it for my wedding. I contacted the seller and they said as soon as they received the dress back, they would refund my account. I have provided the seller with the date that I shipped it and the tracking number. They have received the dress but won't not answer any of my emails and I have not received a refund.
