I ordered a dress for my granddaughters party and needed it by a specific date. I am an amazon prime member, so I chose a dress that
said amazon prime. It offered me free shipping and estimated arrival between 5-7 days. About a week after ordering, I received an email saying the dress was being shipped and it was not amazon prime, coming from third party and wouldn't be delivered until way over my deadline. I need to speak with someone regarding this issue, it is false advertisement and deceiving. I do not want the dress if it has to arrive after the occasion it is being bought for.

Amazon is indeed using deceptive practices. We also ordered some items before Christmas. We did take a free month of Amazon Prime. This offer did not say that they would charge us $99 at the end of the month. They did not send an email telling us that this charge would occur nor give us a chance to decline. Like other people we are retired and on a fixed income. This change made us overdrawn at our bank. This was an unauthorized charge on our account as far as we are concerned. We will never buy another thing from Amazon. Such a large company resorting to such deceptive practices is disgusting.
Shame on you Amazon! Change your practices or you will suffer the consiquences of lost business.
It sounds like they did this to many of their costumers.

I need help on an order that came through twice. I cannot get through to anyone on their number except people that I have a hard time understanding and have to spend time asking them to repeat. I received 2 orders for chairs and both came in a box so badly handled that the chair legs were sticking out the bottom of the box. No one can actually help with a reorder. I believe that like so many businesses their customer service is based over seas .
