IT'S TOOK 3 1/2 MIN FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. PHONE WAS ANSWERED BY AUTOMATED SYSTEM, THEN PUT ON IMMEDIATE HOLD. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP DOESN'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. 25 MINS LATER JUST TO GET A LIEN RELEASE. TRAINING WOULD BE NICE. CALL CENTERS WITH INEXPERIENCED REPS, ONLY UPSETS THE CUSTOMERS BEFORE THEY EVEN CAN CONDUCT THERE BUSINESS.

I opened an Arvest Bank account 30 years ago that was supposed to be free as long as they held my mortgage, now they want to change the deal and charge me unless I go on-line. I was unable to get sartisfaction at my local Webb City branch and cannot contact thier corporate office. I just filled out thier on-line survey with my complaint and even it won't go through. Geesh! I am done with these folks. After 30 plus years, I am ready for a new mortgage with a new bank that won't force changes I don't like.

4/26/2012 I opened an account with Arvest Bank 10 days ago.
I opened an account with Arvest Bank 10 days ago. When I did this they told me my debit card would take a week to 10 days to arrive. I wanted to pick the card up at the bank so I asked them to send it there. One week after this I went to the bank to check on it and they acted like I had a third eye since I had asked to have the card sent there instead of my home address. On Tuesday, the 10th day after opening my account I called the bank and discovered that the card would be sent by interoffice courier on Wednesday (11 days after I opened the account). That was yesterday. Today I went by the bank, and it had not been delivered from the other bank. I closed my account IMMEDIATELY. I do not need inefficient idiots handling my money. First of all, if you provide excellent customer service you do not make people wait 10 days for their debit card. (I had a BOA account where a temporary card was provided immediately). Secondly, if you say you are going to have a card available in 10 days, I expect to have it in 10 days, not 11 and not 12. I own a business and provide world-class customer service to my customers. When *I* am a customer, I expect no less.

11/23/2011 Arvest Bank - Arvest has the worst online banking I have ever
Arvest has the worst online banking I have ever used and I have used several. They ask security questions that you do not select then do not accept the correct answer they lock you out almost immediately for 24 hrs. They are not available for long periods of time on their contact phone number. Everyone on their online service should be fired! They really suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10/15/2011 Arvest Bank - I moved two months ago, put in a change with
I moved two months ago, put in a change with Arvest, I have not received an Arvest rewards statement in two months, tried to find there 800 number on line, have not haad any luck, called amonth ago to ask about Rewards, they said they had my change of adress, I have waited two month and still no statement. Cannot check on line as while moving I lost my Rewards number. I had planned on keeping my Arvest bank account, but now I don't know.

2/6/2011 Arvest Bank - Dear Sir or Madam,for many month I have received
Dear Sir or Madam,

for many month I have received email from Arvest bank about my monthly statements.

I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and I have never been an Arvest Bank customer.

I have called Arvest Bank Customer Service a few month ago and told them to take my name off your mailing list and now I do it again by email.

Please confirm this by email.
