My phone went dead for the first time.I called Assurance (611) I got a recorded message that told me I was out of minutes.I purchased a 20.00 dollar top up card, A recording told me the pin number was invalid then I was told I could not allowed to add minutes then I received a message that after 11/30 2016 I will not be able to top up.The store will not deal with the situation no live person and mixed messages. Now we are stuck with no alternative phone service.

I applied for service with you after receiving a form from the local Community Action agency. I mailed that to you with the appropriate documents. I have been on SSI since 1973. I am so far beyond poor I can't breathe. I have not heard a single word. there was no letter for me to refer to nor did I create any 6 digit code? I have no idea what to do or how to get help. I have heard nothing from you. It has been over 2 months since I sent this in. I qualify for the lifeline service and yet I cannot get it. Can anyone help me please?

I did not wish to give this webpage a star at all, 611 for customer service did not work i called from my phone to ask a few questions to be directed to a extreamly poorly constructed website!!:( (not worth space in yahoo's data base if you ask me, don't know how this company's media outlet is being fufilled, to meet customers needs!!!!) iF you wish to have customer service through a phone provider, this free phone is not for you, I would be better off to steal a truck of any other carrier full of phones to suite my needs as a human beign, while in a "homeless shelter"

When I call customer service guess what you can't talk with a person what good is customer service when you can't speak with a representative.

assurance wireless is just as full of bull as a Christmas goose . the people that you talk to you can't understand a word they are saying and most definitely they don't understand the basic English when you tell them the phone hasn't worked or held a charged in about 2 months I have no reason to carry it around with me i am at church doing volunteer work the phone is at home and this guy tony is keep telling me to plug the phone into the computer so he can run a check on it through his computer i told him they have already done that and i was told i couldn't get a new phone until august or go to Walmart and purchase one. i decided to wait until august now here is the run around again. i hungup in his face now i am going to call back and tell them i lost it and i am gonna see if they want me to plug in a lost phone to check it if they do that means they have one of the dumbest staff of employees you have ever seen that includes supervisors , owners, and stockholders . if you are one their many stockholders it is time to cash in before the company goes belly up and you are left holding a bag of worthless stock. i will let you know if i get any satisfaction .

7/25/2016 I have had my Assurance Wireless for many years .
I have had my Assurance Wireless for many years . I can't call without keeping my phone plug in charging and when I remove charger from phone it will cut off cannot make call at all. It been not a reliable phone or service when trying to make a call that's cuts off when talking only when plug in. I have replace battery don't know what else to do.
