I moved and switched my internet service and come to find out they never shut off my old addresses service. Because I did a contract I had to eat that bill and now finding out they still have yet to shut it off!! It is crap that we have to keep going through this just because of a contract. Is there nothing we can do????

Cannot dial or hear a ringtone. I call from an outside line and the voicemail picks up but there is no ringtone. We are losing money as i type because we are a thrift store business.

Tried to close my account and was told I would have to pay $1,800+ to cancel because after my initial 2 year contract expired, it automatically renewed for an additional 12 months and I would have to pay the early termination fee (after 32 months of continuous service). This is criminal behavior and should be illegal, but it isn't. Took me 45 minutes of trying to get to a supervisor at "customer service" and finally gave up without success. BUYER BEWARE!!! READ THE FINE PRINT! After doing so, get another provider! This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in 25 years of business.

Really tired of being on hold only to get the wrong department after waiting 30 minutes. Canceled service for that and many more reasons. Now just want to get final bill corrected; paid and never look back. How sad!

Please be advised that this is my personal opinion based on my extensive (30+ years)experience, No doubt that ATT has gotten progressively worst, the rank worst in management, I feel sorry for the people who have T-Mobile once ATT pays off the government to buy them. An ex att employee told me that people think ATT is one big single company but the reality is they are number of companies that are managed disfunctionally, it may be that the other telecom companies suck less. Pick a company that has good account management if you are running a business, especailly on land lines and network connections. Make sure you get everything in writing, the truth is a moving target with ATT, they will imply verbally but try and get them to put it in writing. If they don't (problably not) go find another company. Smaller telecom's are more competitive so your likely to get someone who will have more integrity. If you are stuck with them and have to add another line, then make sure you get them to agree to do co-terminus on the agreement. Don't expect them to ever get better, your more likely to win the lottery. ATT isn't motivated to give good support, the truth is they are a monoploy in most areas.

I HAVE A BUSINESS LINES WE HAD THREE OF THEM BUT DOWN GRADED TO TWO OF THEM THE ONE WE LET GO OWER EX EMPLOYEE HE HAS THEN PICKED THAT NUMBER UP. NOW IF YOU CALL 411 FOR THE BUSINESS IT GOES TO LINE WE LET GO. FOR MONTHS IT HAS NOT BEEN FIX WE HAVE CALLED AND EMAIL THE ATT COMPANY AND WE HAVE LOSS SO MUCH BUSINESS FOR THE MESS UP IN THE NUMBERS.

am able to make calls but cannot recieve calls...phone rings 1 time and cuts off
