I purchased the AVG Internet Security 2013 for my PC & Laptop. it has (seems to be downloaded on my PC, however the PERFORMANCE IS NOT ACCEPTING, AS IT KEEPS ON TELLING ME THAT THIS HAS EXPIRED? HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?I PLAN TO LOAD AVG ON MY LAPTOP, BUT FIRST NEED TO GET IT DOWNLOADED !!!! DO YOU NEED MY LICENCE NO? AS IT IS NOT ACCEPTING THE LISENCE NO, IT TELLS ME THERE IS AN ERROR !!!!IAM TGOTALLY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE FREE AVG DOWNLOAD FROM 2011 OR 2012. WHICH WAS FOR FREE, BUT AS I DO NOT WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR GENEROSITY, I PURCHASED THIS 2013 PACKAGE WHICH INCLUDED ALL RELEVANT PROTECTION, YET I AM UNABLE TO HAVE THIS FUNCTION PERFORMING TO ITS FULL POTENTIAL.PKEASE ADVISE ACCORDINGLY !!THANKS & REGARDS.

I am totally FED UP with AVG - you have not sent me the money owed to me and too lazy to look for what I am owed. I am sending invoices - there is ONE MORE I paid for which is a tuneup I thought was from a different company but it is AVG's with a different name. I paid for it and it didn't get through BUT I PAID for it too. June 12, 2012 - Tuesday at 7:15 AM Paid $104.97 for TWO (2) renewals for my IBM Think Pad and my Toshiba -$84.99 PLUS INSTALLATION $19.98. NEVER Installed. Total $104.97 Order Number 35-355048 Other Invoices: Order Number 37-1307956 AND Order Number 14257022 Invoice Number 1302255517. I wlll look up my SECOND cost for the SECOND Tuneup and send it separately as soon as I can find it. WHY AM I BEING CHEATED? I WILL PASS THIS INFORMATION ALONG TO OTHERS SO THEY DON'T GET CAUGHT IN YOUR MESS.I sent the invoices to: support@avg.com I expect to be reimbursed and I want a CHECK as soon as possilbe, Quit cheating.

Well, I am not satisfied and have been trying to contact someone in your sales department for most of the day to no avail. I keep getting E Mails saying I have renewed my former AVG contract with you, which I have not, I have been asked to install the programme. I have been given a new licence number, is this all bogus? What is going on, I have not had a contract with you for at least two years, and if you are automactically taking money out of my account to renew and old contract should you not at least have the decency to let me know first.I now have a new computer and dont require AVG anyway.
