I woud not advice anyone to use bells. I have am already spreading the work. My fees and usage suddenly escalate after deciding to break my contract --totalling over $2000 dollard. Even though I was paying my fees, I had people harrassing me on a daily basis--some of them barely know the english language. After paying the fees, they are still charging another $50 to unlock the phone.

THEY ARE NOTHING BUT RIP OFFS. SOMEONE NEED TO STEP IN to HELP CONSUMERS

3/24/2012 Bell Mobility (Canada) - I've just gotten off the phone with Bell and am
I've just gotten off the phone with Bell and am shocked at how bad the customer service was... Was looking to customize my call plan to suit my needs/usage.. but the CRS said NO.. CANT DO THAT..

I called once... was HUNG UP.. called again.. talked and explained to first CRS what was the issue and for what i was looking for help today from them... got transferred to another department after long hold and talked to second CRS.. AGAIN explained everything to him.. I was shocked.. they AGAIN transferred to another department and AGAIN on long hold and had to explain everything... WORSE customer service experience ever... I wish i was not with BELL but cant do anything as I have a LONG contract that they very nicely got me signed promising so many thing that never have been experienced with BELL since I have been their customer..

The customer service representative was rude at times, kept cutting me off, and quite honestly didn't seem to hear a single thing I said AND. I have NEVER received such poor service from any phone center. There was one good outcome of the experience though: I no longer have any doubts about cancelling my Bell service.. wait for the right day i can be FREE from BELL...

Years ago I was told a customer service statistic...I don't know if its true, but I rings so with me. Every happy customer tells, on average, three people about their satisfaction with a company or product. Each unhappy customer tells 27 people about their dissatisfaction. And this time of the Internet...its sure to be exponentially higher. I can confirm that I will tell AT LEAST 27+ friends and family about Bell, warm in the knowledge that I have spared them some pain.

3/11/2012 Bell Mobility (Canada) - You think you have problems ? I have been trying
You think you have problems ? I have been trying to get a problem solved since April 2011 with no sucess. I have not recieved a correct bill yet. Oh and have you tried to contact customer service? Forget about the canned music, the constant "all our agents are busy please hold the line" and when you finnaly get to talk with an agent, they dont speak ENGLISH (some sort of Hindi-paki-punjabi eese),and when you tell them you do not understand them they disconnect you and send you back to the automated system. I am told that if you want to speak to someone in english you have to say FRENCH at the prompt. If anyone out there knows how you get an ENGLISH speaking agent to speak with I am sure you will be helping more than just me? Alas and Alak I feel I will just have to keep trying or quit Bell and take my bussness elsewhere.

11/8/2011 Bell Mobility (Canada) - My mobile phone just recently died. I have
My mobile phone just recently died. I have prepaid service and attempted to cancel my account until I decide what phone to buy and what plan in which to enrol. I have been on the phone to customer service for almost forty minutes and have called the customer service number four times and been cycled through the menus more than once each time. A message sent on the chat line simply referred me back to the number I had already called. On the two occasions I was told to wait for a representative the line went to a busy signal and I was disconnected. This is incredibly poor customer service. If I had not considered switching service providers before I will certainly do so now. For today I give up.

you know complaining about this stuff isnt going to help at all, if you really have a problem change it, don't whine about it. It DOES NOTHING. call customer service and fight your bill, if your getting charged for things you dont use fight it! I know that there is times where you need to find the right person to talk to but hey you got to do what you got to do. If it's that big of a deal you will have the patients to fix it!
