I tried to pay for a book at your sure but was unable to do so. It would not recognize my account number. Therefore I sent a check to pay. I am still getting notices to pay $9.08, which I assume must be a late fee, which I would have incurred beacause of being unable to pay online. Still can't login, so guess you will have to wait til I can get to post office to purchase stamps, then wait for delivery to your address. Poor customer service and no phone numbers available. Very poor. I won't be ordering again.

10/23/2016 Better Homes and Gardens - I too like the previous writers received a book
I too like the previous writers received a book that I did not request. I sent the company a note stating that I do not want to have any further books shipped to me. I paid for postage and returned the book. Just received another BILL for payment. We are the customers, but we get no service.

Stars would be 0 I am recieving a book I do not want. I am not going to pay to return it I need a return label I called a customer service number someone said I am sorry I can't help you. I want off this list you should be ashamed. This was a good company at one time but now the customer service is somewhere off shore and the help is rude and not helpful. I spent the better part of the morning trying to communicate either online or on the phone this is frustrating.

I recently renewed my script - 2 yrs / $18.98 - plus a FREE 3rd year - plus FREE cookbooks.
Today in the mail I received this from you - "Preferred Subscriber Discount" - 3 yrs / $11 - plus 3 FREE gifts. (SAME offer as I had for less)
Now I want this offer since it came like only 2 wks. after I already mailed out my check for $18.98 !!!
Why wasn't I a "Preferred Subscriber" then - 2 wks earlier????
I would like this deal, for the lesser price of $11.

I have renewed my subscription with bhg along with 2 gift subscrptions. My checked has cleared but I am still getting invoices. Acct No. 0329860811 please respond. It is very difficult to correspond with your company. I think the magazine is wonderful. However if this communication problem continues I will not renew.
