Your website does not function. Telephone number is not operational. email does not respond.
I have a Dustbuster Pivot 18V hand held cleaner and require a replacement inner filter. There is only one number on the body of the cleaner which is 2014 04 - BM 715 which does not correspond to any of the product numbers on line. Please advise. 9/1/2013 Black & Decker - Black and Decker Cyclone Blender died before 1 year of use
i purchased your black and decker cyclone blender less than 1 year ago.. at Canadian tire. it was used only for smoothies and pancake batter. 6 weeks ago it died. i do not have the warranty but am a third generation black and decker userwith never a problem before.i am not happy with the blenderdying after such a short and rarely used time period.it was not misused in any way and i am hoping that something can be done about this as i am a long time loyal customer. i am hoping someone will get back to me promptly

6/16/2013 I purchased a Black & Decker 710W Variable speed
I purchased a Black & Decker 710W Variable speed hammer drill [model no.
CD714CRES-QS Type 02] from Game Nelspruit on 22nd August 2012. Attached
letter demonstrates the atrocious treatment I was subjected to when
I returned the dril on 29th November 2012. I suspect that the locking gear
of the automatic chuck stripped.My claim was rejected because I replaced original wall plug with a three contact plug as directed by your manual. I wrote two letters to Walmart Game butthey simply ignore these documents.
I have been buying your product for more years than I can remember. I have
had a few hiccups but these were treated with consumate ease by Game.
I am a pensioner and cannot afford to spend this kind of money on a
disfunctional brandnew power tool. Can you assist in ensuring that I get value for money or do I have to send the attached letter to the press. I would hate
to do that.Should you require correspondence with Game could be faxed to you
Please assist.

I just bought a B & D 12 cup programmable coffeemaker. I was replacing a Mr. Coffee since it didn't make the coffee hot enough. Well, the B&D is worse. It's OK hot the instant I pour it into the mug, but in a flash doesn't hold its heat and turns lukewarm.
It's headed back to Kohl's.

I bought a B&D chest freezer a couple years ago. The first one I have for a week, and it already had a recall on it. I should of known better to get another one. The new one went out in Nov. 2012. I call them and they gave me a different story every time. You stay to far away, we' ll send you a refund. Never received it. I called them back and they said out of warranty. They forgot that it was a service recall. Kept calling, different story. They never call you back, they just hoping you'll give up, but not me. They said we'll send you a new one, I said no thanks. I waited a month and call them back and ask, why I haven't received a call. Of course they say we waiting on upper management. If your company upper management is this bad they need to be fired like yesterday. We finally settled it. I will never buy B&D again. This is one sorry ass company!
