9/13/2016		BrainPop - I would like to inform you that this company I would like to inform you that this company renewed without your consent, without you notify to notice that your subscription is coming to an end. Brainpop will be charged directly on your credit card without notice. I find this approach inadequate. In addition, I try to contact them for 2 weeks by email and telephone to cancel my subscription and get a refund. I have not yet answer till now. BE VIGILANT!
