Had exchanged older equipment for newer thinking it would be faster working. No change that I could see and an added fee to my monthly bill. The installer unplugged my wireless-G router so now I don't have YFI either. Not happy with the company at all.

Came home today and tried to make a phone call, had a dial tone, number sounded like it was being keyed in, then nothing, dead silence. Have been calling (with my cell, not bright house) the service number for 1 hr 45 mins. busy, busy, busy.

if a star wasn't required to leave a comment I would not give them a star at all.... very poor customer service. I waited three days for service to be connected, on the phone with them over 12 times, spoke with innumerable supervisors....what a waste... I am so glad I had a choice.

Very bad service. I have returned my box 4 times within the past 3 months. Dvr never works, and very slow internet. Customer service is really bad also. I wish there was another cable provider. I would switch in a heartbeat.

I have to agree with the reviews about BrightHouse. They are one of the sorriest
communications providers I have ever seen. No phone or Interenet for over a week this time. Every time you call customer service(if they answer) you get a different answer to the problem. Hope to get another service in our area soon!!!! If you have a choise
on these type providers steer clear of Brighthouse Networks.
