I bought a Buick Verano in 2013 and have had great service in Manhattan Ks. I moved to Cape Girardeau, mo. in May 2015 and the service at Van Mater is not so good. I took my car into the service dept. and they have very little customer service, had the electronics checked because of dash lights diming and blue tube not working and they updated it which nothing was set back like it was when I took it in there. I ask the sales person to have service to call me which was 2 weeks ago and yet have had no call, I was able to set the clock but had to get someone else to set up the Blue tube again. I feel they should have to put my car back like it was when I brought it in. I also do not understand with a new car and I only have 14,000 miles on this car it should not have those black streaks running down the front bumper every time it rain or when you wash it from the lights. they say it is normal. I think when you pay over 25,000. dollars or more on a white car this is a problem for GMC and it needs to be taken care of. I will not ever take my car back to the dealer here in Cape. The lights need to be fixed so they are good at night time driving to, its terrable I will never buy a Buick again. Thank you

I BOUGHT A 2010 BUCK LUCERNE 8 MONTHS AGO AND I HAVE HAD THREE CLOSE CALLS WITH ACCIDENTS.THIS CAR HAS SO MANY BLIND SPOTS,WHEN LOOKING TO LEFT YOU CANT SEE BECAUSE OF DOOR PANELS AND HEADREST.THIS CAR IS VERY POORLY DESIGNED I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH WITH BUICK WITH NO LUCK ONLY THE RUN A ROUND.WELL I DONT GIVE UP THEY MET THER MATCH.

3/12/2012 Buick - I watched 'Celebrity Apprentice' tonight
I watched 'Celebrity Apprentice' tonight (03/11/12). I disagree with the reasons Trump fired Andretti. I'm disappointed in Buick looking for an endorsement from Andretti and because they didn't get it, Trump looked bad, and Andretti was fired. I'm disappointed. I'm disappointed. I'm disappointed. Maybe would have considered a Buick because of the presentations but now because of the firing, Buick is at the bottom of my list of cars I will look at for some time to come.

I want to register a formal complaint with the service department at dealership #1441 in West Valley City Utah. I had some service done on my 2009 Buick Lacern and was not happy about the way the service writer and the techs handled the work. The invoice states if you are not "COMPLETELY SATISFIED" contact Kent Latimer. I called Mr. Latimer and he said he would check into it and call me back. He never called. After a week I stopped in at the dealership and told him of my concerns. His answer was "If you are challenging on every issure I will not talk to you. There is the door to get out, now leave." He was angry, red faced and I was interferring his lunch. If it is Buick policy to kick every person out of the Service Manager's office, you will have no customers. Not me anymore, too many GM dealers in the state. Originally he thought I was someone named Brown so you must have more unhappy Buick customers. I would like a response from someone other than the dealership I visited.

I wanted to let GM/ Buick know that despite your commercial and technical success in building cars that can compete with the high line imports, your dealerships do not get it. After much research I decided that I was ready to buy a GM car, last cars were Nissan, Subaru and Infiniti. I found the exact model Regal Turbo that I wanted and drove the 1.5 hr to Winston Salem, NC only to find a dealer that recognized my interest for that specific car, and therefore elected to hardball on price, assuming I would pay more than the market value for the car since it was the only one in that color, etc. I asked repeated for them to meet the prices of other dealers, and also tried to get other dealers to swap with them, but all of this was unsuccessful 3 weeks ago I traded my Infiniti and purchased a Lexus. I love the car and thoroughly enjoyed the buying experience. As a further footnote, I made my offer to purchase said Buick at the dealership on May 7, the car is still shown in their inventory over 10 weeks later. Clearly their bluff did not work and if you wonder why your cars are not selling any better you don't need to look at Detroit, you need to teach your dealerships how to treat customers. I would be glad to share more about my experience if you are interested. If I could have bought a new Buick at a Lexus dealership I would have!

Just bought a 2011 Buick Enclave on 6/11/2011, and had to take it back to the dealer on 6/20/2011. I was driving on a cobblestone road and notice a squeaking noise outside the car. Immediately I thought it was the car behind me...no way my brand new vehicle is sounding this bad. So I take the same road again and I'm the only car on road at this time and I notice the squeaking sound again. Take the car to dealer for service and they tell me it's the bushings. Has any other Enclave owners had this problem?

I have learned, when I took my 1997 Buick Park Avenue to my Buick dealer, that GM no longer supports in any way dealership technicians with solving mechanical, electrical, electronics, computer and technical problems on older Buicks.

Is it to much to ask that Buick at least puts the older Buick shop repair and maintenance manuals up on the Internet so that dealer repair technicians, owners and independent mechanic can download them for free so they can make necessary repairs? Because that support is not available I have decided to not purchase another GM car or truck. It that information was available I would reconsider. I have owned countless Buick vehicles since the early 1980s.

I purchased a Biuck Enclave brand new that requires a complete transmission overhaul. I come from a family where my father was always a strong believer in buying american products after driving a Honda for 10 years that was great to me, I decided to go back to GM and bought myself the ifgh end Enclave I must say I am Thoroughly disappointed by the service recieved at Kristal Auto Center and disgusted that a car that is not even two years old requires a complete transmission overhall. My car refused to go in reverse on may 14th 2011 I still do not have my car however I have been given a loaner car until my vehicle is fixed. I have no confidence in GM products and I am seriously considering getting rid of it before my warranty is up. I cannot afford to pay a large car note, high gas cost and repairs on a car that should not be giving me problems so early in the game.

I own a 2011 Buick Regal that has been in the shop 3 times for the stability trac problem. I was also driving my car at 70 mph when the car shut off. I had to do everything I could not to kill myself getting it off the road. I also lost communication between the engine and the transmission so the car would not move. They replaced the entire computer system but it is in the shop right now for the 3rd time for no power. They say it is fixed again. I do not want to own this car any more. I have owned only GM cars since 1977 but not any more.

4/13/2011 My 1999 Buick Regal GS with a 3.8L engine w/
My 1999 Buick Regal GS with a 3.8L engine w/ supercharger just "threw" the supercharger belt. An idle pulley disintegrated causing the belt to burn and break. So far I have driven the car several miles back to my home. I inquired at the Buick dealer service dept whether it was ok to drive the car without the supercharger belt. They were non-commital, and could not advise me one way or the other. They stated that they were "in the business to FIX cars"..Another dealer told me it was alright to drive it, although I would not have the "power" that I used to have. As far as I am concerned, the supercharger is just a big hunk of metal sitting on the top of the engine...This car takes me to the store and around town..I am 67 years old, and have yet to have a 16 year old kid in a sports car challenge me to a drag race from the stoplight. Anybodyelse have some advice ???? This customer service website was no help when I called..
