7/8/2010 Trying to find out what message E18 means with our Canon PowerShot SD200 means when we try to take a picture. We have unloaded photos so there is space on the disc.

7/7/2010 I had logged complaint on 06.06.10 for repairing of fax machine model no.L220 Sr. No is. JKD23611 at vashi,Navi mumbai office.Your technician attended complaintd on 08.06.10 at our vashi office and examined the Fax machine & charged Rs. 220/- as a estimated charge & told that Key pad is not working properly replacement is must & cost Rs. 2000/-. so we ordered the key pad at your vashi office, but yet we have not received keypad & not attend complaint or many times I have talked to your person over phone but not recived any positive reply from your side So please look into the matter Please do the needful at the earliest Thanks & Regards Manoj Salunke

6/28/2010 i have a multipass mp390 i had a recent comp crass and the computer was completly downloaded and reset every thing was lost to run my mp390 is there anyway i can get new softwear to reload it thanks rick hillman

6/21/2010 Everyone you should never have to pay for drivers/software/manuals on Canon's tech support page.....all others are there for your cash...give it to them if you wish but if you want it free www.canontechsupport.com. (Let me know if this helps)

6/21/2010 Hello everyone, Bill have you tried to calibrate the scanner? It may need calibrating or try cropping your thumbnails before scanning using scangear, ok? MaryJane? Go to google search page and type in A480 drivers exactly like that and choose the option that reads (Canon PowerShot A480 digital camera)once you get to the page click the grey drivers and downloads tab and go to the bottom to the Guides and manuals section and choose:PowerShot A480 Camera User Guide PSA480_CUG_EN.pdf If you cant do this, call the 800 828 4040....

6/16/2010 I am trying to get a user manual for Canon PowerShot A480 as I have lost mine. I am willing to pay for one. If a download is possible that would be great. I have already paid $4.99 to a website -- not Canon's -- for the manual but the download did now work. Is there anything you can do to help me. Or can you forward this email to someone who can help. 6/12/2010 New CanoScan 8800f: Works fine on 35 mm. negatives and slides, but having problem with 120 (2 1/4 x 2 1/4) negatives. The thumbnails look fine, but when scanned, the image is often unuseable because of bizarre distortion, which look often like geometric figures. I move the carrier and rescan, and often the image then turns out to be OK.

6/11/2010 I have a canon Power shot S2 IS and get an E16 could be E18, I forgot, on the monitor after just a few shots the camera stops working, black monitor and the lens will not go back in. Nothing does anything till I change batteries, wich are not empty. Please advise if the camera is shot?? ERHARD SCHLIWA Ohio USA

6/10/2010 Ok Im back and Erik, why would they want to change there number to 2020? Thats stupid in my opinion. Tariq hello, I am in the US and I do not know why they didnt replace or fix the issue. I would see if you can maybe try going up the ladder to a supervisor.

6/8/2010 i purchased canon 7D serial number 0580502833 and just after one month there was an error and it stopped working even i lost display of cam , i sent camera to service center for replacement they refuse to replace and sent this cam to canon service center at Singapore , they return repaired camera after one month when i opened camera box and insert battery and did power on a new error 06 was appearing on the screen , i sent mails to canon Singapore but no replied form there , i want to ask canon is this your quality standard and costumer care , i don't think any other company behave like canon , you should replace this camera , tariq hameed sulemani
