You silly crazy woman, Your complaint is that some underpaid overworked young waitress forgot your precious birthday dessert. My guess is your overweight and doesn't even need the desert. Instead of setting the young person up for reprimand or even worse. You could have been helpful and reminded her at the table and given her a fair chance to make it right. But no you are an evil vindictive loathsome miserable person. I bet your own family hates you. Just another disgusting example of greedy selfish people living in lovely Venice, FL. Please don't go back they will appreciate it. Why don't you just crawl back into your cave.

8/19/2015 Carrabba’s Restaurant - I made a reservation online today at Carrabba's
I made a reservation online today at Carrabba's Italian Grille located at 1751 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice, Fl. I made the reservation in my name, Judith Turlenko for 6:00, for two people. The occasion for the dinner was to celebrate my birthday. We had a lovely dinner and our server introduced herself as Kim. When the bill arrived, I gave Kim a $25.00 gift card and a credit card for the balance. I gave Kim a tip of $7.00. I was waiting for her to offer me a dessert on the occasion of my birthday. As my husband and I left the restaurant at 7:00, I asked one of the young ladies why I was not offered a dessert. She told me that our server Kim should have taken care of that and that the young woman was sorry. When we got home I called Carrabba's and spoke with Ursula, the manager. She was very sorry for the lack of communication and that I could return and have the dessert to go. Does that make sense? I left the restaurant only to have to return to receive a sundae that was to be offered to my while I was a guest in the restaurant. I told Ursula that I would be getting in touch with the corporate offices and she said....don't do that!!!!!.
It will be a while before we return to Carrabba's for any occasion. I would appreciate a reply to this email when it is convenient to do so.
