this was the worst time of my life stayed at the clarion hotel for about 3months I stayed there and about a week b4 my contract was up my room was ramsack and 400.00 was stolen from out of my room contacted mangment and the police management was not any help so good lick if u decide to stay there keep all your valuables with you at all times.

Communication is non-existent, have spoken a couple times with a customer rep and now I can't get one. Clarion CMS 5 still shows release in 2nd quarter 2014. They've won awards on this stereo and still don't produce it. won awards on the M704 as well, seems it's been discountinued before it hit the market. what's the deal? will the CMS5 be produced? when? after reading these reviews I'm not sure I want to buy it.

Clarion sucks and should be closed down. They are selling 2014 units that say it is Sirius radio but it is not and the wiring will not work. They have known this and continue to sell them. Hey DUM ASS this is false advertisement and your radio, service and business sucks.

8/21/2013 Clarion USA - Clarion NX-602 is the most glitchy radio I have ever owned
clarion NX-602 this thing is the most glitchy radio I have ever owned.let me state first. that all the updates from clarion have been successfully applied per clarions instruction. despite this, it rarely shows the MP3 tags like its supposed to. the navigation turns on randomly even when youre not using it. the estimated time of arrival when using the nav is rarely correct. and when I say this I mean hours not minutes. once it had us going in the opposite direction of our destination. when the nav works it works well. but it makes you second guess your route frequently. it would not program with the steering wheel control from axxess. so the steering wheel controls do not work. it freezes up about once per trip. sometimes more. requiring turning it off and turning it back on. the touch display does not work on the first touch more often than not. sometime requiring to back out of what youre trying to do and try again from the beginning. it censors music even though the "Adult" setting is selected. what plays perfectly on my pc is censored in this radio. the one song that jumps to mind is "get low" half the lyrics are blanked out I would NOT recommend this radio especially for the cost. and of course there is no email address for customer support. next time I will buy Alpine. thats what I get for straying from my favored brand,

I got the cz 708 to put in my cadi but i am totaly unhappy with it. i cant see the screan to tell what station im on. the glare of sun blocks out. i dont have a i phone or i pod so this deck is not for me. they told me were i bought it from that i was stuck with it. i like you guys and know you can help me.

10/18/2011 Clarion USA - I drive a 2006 Infiniti FX35 with the Clarion 6
I drive a 2006 Infiniti FX35 with the Clarion 6 disc cd changer in it. Recently, it stopped working and I sent it to the dealership to be looked at. They said they had to take the unit out and send it to CA for an external company to look at it. It has now been a month since I have had a radio/cd changer in my vehicle. What disturbs me is that I called to check on it a week ago and the service mgr of my Infiniti dealership said they had other cd changers come off of the truck that morning. What I dont understand is how I own a $46,000 vehicle and my radio/cd changer is broken and yet I have to pay for it out of my pocket. From what I am being told by the dealership as well as doing some research, I am not the only one with this issue. How does a reputable company such as yours have this many issues? It does not seem to fit your companies commitment/values stated below.........
